Liu He Men
Liu He Men is a special style within the Shaolin school of Kung Fu and means “The Six in Combination” or “The Six in Harmony”. There are different types of Liu He, such as fist and spear. It is said to have been created by the famous general and folk hero Ngok Fei, who created an effective spear form that is easy to learn. Liu He is extensive and deepened and is considered a classical style of martial arts. It is an excellent tool for fighting and for correcting the movements and postures of students. It is also an excellent sport for fitness, flexibility, self-confidence, strength, speed and coordination. The name “The Six Harmony” refers to two pairs of six – an external six and an internal six – which relate to the correct methods of training for strength, control and adaptability.
