Wu Tai Chi Grace in Motion

A refined Tai Chi style that blends tradition with modern principles to build strength, balance, and inner peace through mindful movement.

Wu Tai Chi

Wu Tai Chi is a form of Tai Chi developed by Wu Jianquan and his son Wu Gongyi in the early 20th century. It is a refined and elegant style that combines traditional Tai Chi movements with modern movement principles and techniques. Wu Tai Chi aims to promote health and well-being, develop inner strength and improve balance and coordination. The movements are slow, fluid and graceful, with a focus on strengthening muscles and stimulating blood circulation. The style has a number of distinctive movements and postures, such as the “grab the bird’s tail” and the “crossing of the hands”. It is often practiced by people of all ages and is considered a form of meditation in motion Because there are many levels you can go through, it always remains a challenge. Tai Chi is usually done outside, but it can also be done in a room or e.g. in an office. It requires an almost meditative attention to keep the body completely in balance.

The benefits/results of Tai Chi are;

. Makes you physically fitter, direct reduction of stress through more peace in your head.
. Gives control over your body movements, good coordination.
. Releases tense muscles and removes blockages.
. Improves awareness of your own posture and position (prevents injuries and RSI).

. Can be integrated well into daily (professional) life.
. Can be used for meditative development
