Xing Yi

Xing Yi is a style of kung fu that is less well-known than Tai Chi and Qi Gong, but is popular among young practitioners. The movements are short and explosive, but still form a harmonious whole. It is a complete sport that provides flexibility, speed, strength and coordination. It can also be used as a spiritual education. Xing Yi works with five elements and twelve animals, where each movement is made from the character of the corresponding element and animal.
