Yue Fei San Sao Foundation to Freedom

A refined Tai Chi style that blends tradition with modern principles to build strength, balance, and inner peace through mindful movement.

Yue Fei San Sao

San Sao (separate hands, free hands) refers to the basics of fundamental kung fu movements, both separately and in combination, where no prior contact exists. The nature of San Sao ranges from repeated basic training of fundamental movements to bridge with simple techniques and learning maneuvers so that this can unfold in a free movement of free techniques. Sooner or later all movements should be trained separately and together and explored through San Sao, in the beginning of the training there are several semi-formal sets that are trained. Where different stances and ways of striking take place, San Sao exercises help beginning practitioners with some basic tools that they can use during the training that develop the feeling that is needed for more refined application. which should lead to self-defense.
